Developed by Calgary-based dentist and sleep researcher Dr. Leslie Dort and commercialized through MPowrx Health and Wellness (founded by Dr. Nancy Markley), Good Morning Snore Solution (GMSS) is an internationally recognized, clinically validated medical sleep aid. Positioned as a non-invasive alternative to CPAP machines and cumbersome Mandibular Advancement Devices (MADs), GMSS is designed to treat primary snoring and mild-to-moderate obstructive sleep disturbances by stabilizing the tongue rather than mechanically displacing the lower jaw.

From a biomechanical and medical device engineering standpoint, GMSS operates via a proprietary Tongue Stabilizing Device (TSD) mechanism:

• Tongue Retaining Suction Architecture: Unlike traditional MAD mouthguards that push the mandible forward (which frequently causes temporomandibular joint pain, tooth soreness, or bite shifting), GMSS rests comfortably between the lips and teeth. The user squeezes the bulbous tip to generate gentle negative suction, holding the tongue forward throughout sleep. This pulls the base of the tongue away from the back of the pharynx, preventing airway collapse and soft tissue vibration.

• Universal "No-Boil" Fit & Denture Compatibility: The unit requires no boil-and-bite molding, trimming, or mechanical adjustments. Because it does not anchor onto the dental arches, it can be used safely by individuals with full or partial dentures, crowns, bridge work, or missing teeth.

• Material Science & Regulatory Approvals: Manufactured in an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified facility in the United States using BPA-, BHA-, and latex-free medical/dental-grade resin. GMSS holds official Class II clearance from the US FDA, along with regulatory clearances from Health Canada, the European CE mark, and the Australian TGA.

• Clinical Verification: Evaluated in peer-reviewed clinical sleep trials (published in sleep medicine journals including Sleep and Breathing), demonstrating significant reductions in respiratory disturbance and snore indices.

Operationally, MPowrx distributes GMSS via direct-to-consumer digital channels alongside authorized pharmacy and medical sleep networks worldwide. The company mitigates consumer adoption hesitation through a risk-free 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee, paired with multi-pack savings (Single, Double, and Family packs) and specialized medical cleaning accessories.
